Quick Overview
Gravity Discharge of DCS Liquid Color from the measuring vessel to the concrete mixer. This feature eliminates the need for a second set of pumps to move material from the measuring vessel to the mixer.
PVC type “N” diaphragm valves equipped with NEMA I 3–way solenoids. These valves are rugged, and when opened provide virtually unrestricted ?ow of material.
5 gallon capacity domed bottom measuring vessel to insure complete emptying at the end of each cycle.
Automated clean cycle. In this mode of operation, the system automatically cleans itself and returns all unused color to the storage drums for future use.
A highly sensitive solid state weighing system to insure that the correct amount of DCS Liquid Color is delivered to each batch.
A batch ticket printer to provide hard copy documentation of the exact amount of each color delivered to the batch.
Adjustable length clear water rinse at the end of each discharge cycle to completely empty the measuring vessel.
Rugged and reliable variable speed peristaltic pumps equipped with pipe and valve manifolds to allow two–way ?ow of DCS Liquid Color during the automated clean cycle.
Solid state microprocessor controls, including touch sensitive full color video interface.
