Quick Overview

  • A top quality, blown sponge rubber produced to uniform thickness and density. It is highly flexible and can be wrapped and formed around curved or circular surfaces.

  • Open Cell Sponge Rubber is used in concrete structures where high resilience is required, or where a color blend with concrete is desired. Because of its recovery, it is frequently used on bridge structures and sewage treatment plants that undergo rapid changes in temperature.

  • It is fully compressible, non-extruding and recommended for use with all polymer-based joint sealants. Available 1/4" - 1" thick. (Material over 1" is laminated.)
