U.L. 181 Flame Retardant Jacketing

Poly-12

Tex-Trude

Tex-Trude flame retardant tubing is approved by Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.) for use in flexible air duct manufacturing. This tubing is a component part to flex duct and is used to hold the insulation and scrim around the duct core. This tubing is a barrier to stop air leakage and hold the product together. Tex-Trude has a full-time quality control lab that flame tests this tubing on a daily basis in order to comply with U.L. testing methods. Tex-Trude also produces flex duct bags that are used to package finished duct instead of using paper boxes.
