Spec-Coat is a sacrificial coating designed to protect the interior floor sealer and floor substrate from wear. Spec-Coat provides a stunning gloss that highlights colored, stained or stamped concrete floors while offering excellent slip resistance. The high solids formu-lation (29%) provides maximum scuff and heel mark resistance, with a high gloss shine. Spec-Coat requires fewer coats than are needed with conventional lower solids products and stays glossy even after numerous cleanings. Created for high traffic areas where resistance to heel marking and scuffing are important.

APPLICATION

Apply a light even coat of Spec-Coat with a micro-fiber wax applica-tor, sponge or clean cloth. Spec-Coat will appear milky when wet and will dry crystal clear. Allow to dry to the touch before walking on the surface or applying an additional coat. Two or more light coats are recommended for the initial application. Additional coats pro-vide added gloss and protection.
