Style 150 spray nozzles are made specifically for use on water mixing stations where cold and hot water may be combined for ideal sanitation conditions.
Style 150 spray nozzles are constructed with a standard body of heavy-duty brass. Aluminum or stainless steel body nozzles are also available. The external rubber cover prevents damage to the brass body and resists animal fats and oils. A variety of cover colors are available. The plastic covered operating lever is rear mounted to reduce hand fatigue and offer smooth lever action. Water is conserved due to a drip-free automatic shutoff feature upon release of lever. Spray patterns can be adjusted from fan spray to solid stream.
The internal components in the Style 150 nozzles replaceable and are interchangeable with other major sanitary wash-down nozzles, assuring proper fit and reduced inventory of spare parts. The valve seats are brass with options of aluminum or stainless steel. Style 150 spray nozzles are built with a female NPT ½” thread to accommodate our special swivel adapters. Swivel hose barb adapters are available in either 1/2”, 5/8”, or 3/4” barb size. The 2-1/2” long barb has a locking O-ring design and a built-in lever locking ring. Male thread is 1/2” NPT. A ½” male NPT x FGHT swivel adapter is available. Swivel adapters are standard in brass/stainless steel and can be special ordered in all-stainless steel.
