Designed for :
Two-part epoxy with metallic fillers that can be used to permanently lock threaded connections under normal operating conditions. Specifically for use on all threaded joints or fasteners where an exceptionally strong and durable bond is required. Exceptional use on casing, shoes, couplings, and collars; eliminating the need for gas/arc welding. Threadlock kit offers a disctinct advantage over welding in that threaded connections may be broken out by heating to 550°F (288°C).

Recommended Application :
Fill the threads Root to Crest, spreading the epoxy evenly over the surface using a flat applicator or putty knife. Then allow the epoxy to set in place for about 5 minutes. Assemble the coupling or connections to full make-up or to the recommended torque. The epoxy will continue to cure over time and will be fully cured in 24 hours.
