Designed for :
Specifically designed for marine wire rope and standing rigging where the rope will make contact with sea water. Forms an outer film to protect against salt water corrosion and wash off conditions. Does not sheen on the surface of water.

Recommended Application :

• For application where the Sheen Freer is applied by brush: apply the product to the outer surface of the rope, allowing the material to penetrate the wire and soak to the core of the rope. The material will dry to a light brown film, indicating the product has cured,
• Applications that are sprayed: using an applicator to distribute the Sheen Free, spray until the rope surface is completely covered, allowing the material to penetrate and travel to the core of the rope. After the material turns light brown, you can then replay the material and build a thicker surface if needed.
