The compact tool stands at 11-1/64” tall x 3-3/4” wide x 3-3/4” thick and weighs only 0.804 lbs. Its bright 0.7A Xenon bulb produces approximately 4,000 Lux. As a point of reference, a cloudy day is 1,000 Lux and a bright, sunny day is 10,000 Lux.

The adjustable four-position lamp head allows the user to position the lantern to cast the best light onto the work area. If the battery’s voltage falls to a certain level as it discharges, it will flash a warning so the user can switch batteries, finish up or find another light source.

The light can run between 1.3 and 4.0 hours, depending in the 12-volt Panasonic battery supplying power to the tool. A shoulder strap makes it easy to carry into remote work areas.
