DESCRIPTION

CERTI-SHINE FUSION RELEASE is a non-staining and crystal clear water based release agent that is sprayed on the bottom of grinders and on diamond tools to ease the removal of Certi-Shine Fusion buildup. Since the product does not contain any oils or waxes, CertiShine Fusion Release is non-staining and does not affect adhesion to concrete. When applied, the product forms a film on the surface that covers 100% of the exposed area by providing uniform release that avoids heavy build up. Fusion Release will not crater, bead, run or sag on vertical application. This reduction in heavy build up reduces preparation between uses increasing the tools useful life and decreases labor and maintenance costs. If Certi-Shine Fusion Release spills or drips onto the concrete surface it will not require surface preparation for subsequent coatings or treatments.

APPLICATION

• Equipment surfaces that are to be made bond free should be cleaned before applying Certi-Shine Fusion Release.
• Remove buildup of concrete on bottom of grinder, rust, scale and dirt with Certi-Vex Concrete Remover or Certi-Vex Concrete Etch and Efflorescence Remover.
• Apply to the complete bottom and sides of the grinder and to each set of diamonds being used to install Certi-Shine Fusion.
• Certi-Shine Fusion Release is ready to use direct from its container, do not dilute.
• Apply by brush, spray or dipping on equipment
• After Certi-Shine Fusion process or wet grind, use water hose to rinse off concrete residue off of grinder and diamond tooling.
• If allowed to dry, tap with a rubber mallet, hardened Certi-Shine Fusion

SPECIAL NOTES

• Residual concrete dust can be wiped off with a rag or water washed to a clean surface.
• It is also recommended that equipment be treated with Certi-Shine Fusion Release between each use and before long periods of idleness or storage.
• Do not apply Certi-Shine Fusion Release when surface temperatures are below 40°F
• Certi-Shine Fusion Release must be allowed to dry on the equipment prior to using Certi-Shine Fusion or wet grinding
• Mix well before each use
• Keep from freezing

• Shelf life: If properly stored in its original sealed container, one year from date of manufacture. Rotate your stock.
