DESCRIPTION

CERTI-VEX GRIP SLIP-RESISTANT ADDITIVE is a particle size controlled polymer for addition to Vexcon coatings and stains for improved slip resistance, fine texturing and gloss reduction. Certi-Vex Grip has low oil absorption and high solvent resistance and will stir easily into all coatings with little effect on the coating’s viscosity. Since Certi-Vex Grip has low density, it will stay suspended in thin materials

APPLICATION SINGLE PART PRODUCTS

1. Slowly add 16 oz container with gentle mixing to 5 gallon pail.
2. Mix well before applying.

APPLICATION TWO PART SYSTEMS

1. Slowly add 16 oz container with gentle mixing to 5 gal. pail of coating part A.
2. Mix well then gently add part B to part A.
3. Material should be added to 1st coat
4. Adding to 2nd coat is optional depending on density required

SPECIAL NOTES

• It is recommended that when mixing into unfamiliar coatings, a small test batch and application be made.
• Do not add quickly without adequate mixing as material could clump
• Certi-Vex Grip will increase the coefficiency of friction on the surface of paint. The paint will have a texture and surface changes from a smooth coating
• Not for use with wood stains or wood sealers
• Do not add to penetrating water repellents
• For use by professional applicators only
• Keep out of reach of children

• Certi-Vex Grip is not hazardous and does not contain silica, but should be treated as a nuisance dust while incorporating it into its intended coating use dust mask.
• Use only with adequate ventilation.
• Use of gloves, goggles and other protective clothing is advised when using this product.
• If swallowed, do not induce vomiting
