DESCRIPTION

StarSeal EF Degreaser & Cleaner is an eco-friendly all natural industrial grade daily and surface preparation cleaner. Starseal EF Degreaser & Cleaner will effectively and safely clean grease and oil stains, tire marks and dirt from concrete, masonry, stone, vinyl flooring and tile. Dilute for use as an economical daily or weekly cleaner for lighter duty applications. Starseal EF Degreaser & Cleaner is derived from soybean oil which is an environmentally friendly bio based agricultural material making it user safe, low odor and is easily cleaned up with water.

APPLICATION INITIAL CLEANING/HORIZONTAL

• Mix well prior to application to a uniform consistency.
• Apply with squeegee, brush, floor scrubber or mop full strength for deep cleaning. Let Starseal EF Degreaser & Cleaner set on tough stains for 10-15 minutes.
• Scrub and thoroughly rinse the area with water using a scrub brush or mop.
• Reapply if necessary to remove any remaining material

APPLICATION INITIAL CLEANING/VERTICAL

• Mix well prior to application to a uniform consistency.
• Apply full strength for deep cleaning.
• Apply and scrub from the bottom up using soft Tampico masonry brush with approximately 3” bristles.
• Reapply and scrub again if needed.
• Rinse thoroughly from top down

APPLICATION DAILY CLEANING/HORIZONTAL

• Dilute with 1 part Starseal EF Degreaser & Cleaner to 4 parts clean water.
• Mop, squeegee or auto scrub machine apply.
• Rinse and vacuum dry

APPLICATION DAILY CLEANING/VERTICAL

• Mix well prior to application to a uniform consistency.
• In a clean bucket, dilute 1 part StarSeal EF Degreaser & Cleaner to 4 parts clean water.
• Apply and scrub from the bottom up using soft Tampico masonry brush with approximately 3” bristles.
• Reapply and scrub again if needed.
• Rinse thoroughly from top down.

SPECIAL NOTES

• Protect all surrounding plant and vegetation with a plastic drop cloth.
• Surface area should be tested to prevent damage to substrate.
• Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. Keep wet by applying additional material.
• Keep from freezing
• Shelf Life: If properly stored in its original sealed container, three years from date of manufacture. May require mixing. Rotate your stock.
