Everlastic® EPDM Sponge 3000 Series

Description

An expanded, closed-cell, Ethylene Propylene Diene sponge rubber. Non-absorbent, compressible, resilient that provides good thermal and moisture insulation. Everlastic® EPDM sponge is generally resistant to acids, alkali, oxidation and ozone. Everlastic® EPDM sponge is not recommended in applications that require oil resistance.

Uses

Closures to close off the gap at the top of non-rated walls

Closures strips of plugs with profiles that close off fluted decks

Partition Gaskets where partitions abut other partitions or exterior windows and walls

Expansion joint filler in masonry and concrete

Other applications that require a soft economical gasket resistant to weather, ozone and or heat

Available Sizes

Available in sheets, strips or cut parts.

Self stick pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) on one or two sides.

Full buns 2" x 48" x 80".

Custom cut to thickness, width and length.

Larger dimensions factory spliced or bonded as needed
