LUMISEAL FX is formulated with advanced low-VOC, self-crosslinking emulsion chemistry, providing a very durable film and excellent early water-resistance to whitening or blistering. LUMISEAL FX is suitable for use on interior and exterior, horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Basic Use: LUMISEAL FX is recommended to seal new and old concrete surfaces, including decorative, colored and patterned concrete patios, driveways and walkways. Other applications include exposed aggregate, brick pavers, polished concrete and other concrete surfaces where a durable gloss and stain-resistant sealer is required. The advanced, self-crosslinking chemistry of LUMISEAL FX transforms the easy-to-spray pure acrylic polymer solution into a very hard, clear resin film that resists abrasion, stain and hot tire marking. In addition, the low odor, water based formula makes it an excellent choice for concrete floors found in warehouses, office buildings, food processing plants and other areas where long term sealing and dustproof performance are required.
