GREENBAR TOUCHUP COATING KIT is a two-component, catalyzed epoxy system supplied in kit form for ease of handling. It is designed for making repairs to rebar coated with Greenbar Powder Coating. The material is formulated to provide the same excellent protection as the original plant-applied Greenbar coating. For best coating performance, Greenbar Touchup Coating Kit should be applied by brush, roller, conventional spray equipment, or airless spray equipment to a thickness minimum of 8 mils/203 microns dry overlapping the Greenbar powder coating surface. If below 50°F/10°C, the product must be heated using the time/ temperature graph as a guideline to cure material. Cure of product can be accelerated using this same information.

Shelf Life: 12 months if stored between 50°F/10°C and 90°F/32°C
Coverage: One gallon of mixed material will cover 5 square meters/ 54 square feet of smooth surface at 20 mils/500 microns dry fi lm thickness with no allowance for loss or waste.
