Quick Overview
    DRESS & SEAL 30 is a ready-to-use, acrylic copolymer that cures, seals and dustproofs concrete. The high-solids, tough impervious DRESS & SEAL 30 retains mix water, curing the concrete for increased strength potential. This clear, fast drying, sprayable sealer is equally effective on interior as well as exterior surfaces.

    DRESS & SEAL 30 is the highest solids version of our popular DRESS & SEAL products. The high solids, filmforming qualities of DRESS & SEAL 30 provides protection from penetration of salts, jobsite dirt and other mild contaminants, as long as the film is intact.

    Basic Use: L&M developed the first acrylic cure, sealer, dustproofer sold commercially in the United States. Suitable for: driveways, sidewalks, patios, warehouses, office buildings, sewage treatment plants, paper mills and other commercial and industrial applications, where positive sealing and dustproof performance are demanded. Ideal for exposed aggregate and stamped concrete. DRESS & SEAL 30-treated surfaces are compatible with most paints and tile adhesives after a proper curing period.
